Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at tarsier.sh (the "Site"), operated by Tarsier ("Tarsier", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational website describing the Tarsier protocol: an on-chain treasury funded by protocol trading fees and allocated by an AI agent into tokenized real-world assets on Robinhood Chain. The Site includes documentation and a read-only dashboard that displays public blockchain data. The Site does not offer accounts, custody, deposits, order execution, or wallet connections.

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, financial instrument, or digital asset in any jurisdiction. Content is provided for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professional advisers before making any financial decision.

Digital assets and blockchain protocols involve significant risk. By using the Site or interacting with the protocol, you acknowledge and accept, among others, the following risks:

• Digital assets, including the $TARS token, are highly volatile and can lose some or all of their value. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
• The treasury is allocated by an AI system operating within policy limits. AI-driven allocation is experimental. It can make decisions that lose money, and no level of transparency in its reasoning guarantees profitable outcomes.
• Past performance of the treasury, if any, is not indicative of future results. No returns, yields, buybacks, or distributions are promised or guaranteed.
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Tokenized real-world assets carry the market risk of their underlying assets plus additional technical, issuer, and liquidity risk.
• The regulatory treatment of digital assets is uncertain and varies by jurisdiction; future regulation may adversely affect the protocol or the token.

The protocol's treasury holds protocol fee revenue only. We do not take custody of user funds, and the Site provides no mechanism to deposit funds. Any decision to acquire, hold, or dispose of $TARS or to interact with the protocol's smart contracts is made solely by you, at your own risk, using your own wallet and infrastructure.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and any interaction with the protocol or the $TARS token is lawful in your jurisdiction, including any tax obligations. The Site and the token are not offered to, and may not be used by, any person in a jurisdiction where such access or use would be unlawful, or by any person subject to applicable sanctions.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or reproduce Site content in a way that misrepresents its source or purpose;
• impersonate Tarsier or suggest an affiliation with Tarsier that does not exist, including in connection with soliciting funds from others.

Official addresses are published only on this Site. Never trust contract or wallet addresses sent by direct message, and never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone.

The Site's content, design, logos, and branding are owned by Tarsier or its licensors. Open-source components of the protocol are governed by the licenses published with their source code. You may view and share Site content for informational purposes with attribution; any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site links to third-party services such as block explorers, code repositories, and social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. The underlying blockchain network is public infrastructure that no single party, including Tarsier, controls.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ON-CHAIN DATA DISPLAYED ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARSIER AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarsier and its contributors from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
