Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Tarsier ("Tarsier", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at tarsier.sh (the "Site"), including the documentation and the read-only vault dashboard. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@tarsier.sh.
2. The short version
The Site is a static, informational website. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no wallet connections, and no deposits. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, we do not set our own cookies, and we do not sell personal information. The small amount of data described below is the technical minimum involved in serving a website.
3. Information we collect
Hosting logs. Like virtually every website, the infrastructure that serves the Site may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. These logs are used only to operate, secure, and debug the Site and are retained only as long as the hosting provider's standard retention period.
Email. If you contact us at hello@tarsier.sh, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you.
Nothing else. We do not collect names, account credentials, payment details, or private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key — anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.
4. Blockchain data
The Tarsier protocol operates on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions, treasury balances, and the agent's published reasoning logs are recorded on-chain by design and are publicly visible to anyone. This data is not collected by the Site; it exists on the blockchain independently of us, we cannot modify or delete it, and it is permanent. If you interact with the protocol's smart contracts, you do so with the understanding that blockchain data is public and immutable.
5. Third-party services
The Site loads a small number of third-party resources, each of which may receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving the content:
- Google Fonts — serves the Site's typefaces (Google's privacy policy applies).
- Content delivery networks — serve media assets such as the homepage video.
- Block explorers — external links to view on-chain addresses; these open third-party sites governed by their own policies.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Cookies
The Site does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Third-party resources referenced above may use their own cookies subject to their own policies.
7. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to operate and secure the Site, respond to messages sent to us, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making about you.
8. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information only if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Tarsier or others, or to service providers (such as hosting) acting on our behalf under the limited purposes described in this policy.
9. International transfers
The Site is available globally and the infrastructure serving it may be located in various countries. By using the Site you understand that technical data described in Section 3 may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (which, in practice, is limited to email correspondence and transient hosting logs). To exercise these rights, contact hello@tarsier.sh. Note that we cannot modify or delete data recorded on a public blockchain, because no one can.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
